\u201cJavier Alejandro De la Garza y \u200b\u200bMondrag\u00f3n! What does this mean? Who is this\u2026 maid you have with you?\u201d the lady shouted in a tone that cut through the air.<\/span><\/p>\n

Javi, with a confidence Lupita had never seen in him, took his wife\u2019s hand and said firmly, \u201cMother, she\u2019s not the maid. I\u2019d like you to meet Lupita, my wife. And yes, she\u2019s the lady of the house.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
